Refund Policy

Our promise
Arriva charges a flat USD $5 to unlock an Expert's private contact details. We refund that fee, in full, if we can't help you connect.
You qualify for a refund if
- The Expert doesn't respond to your unlocked contact request within 7 calendar days.
- The contact details we provided are inaccurate and we can't supply working ones.
- The Expert declines the engagement or is no longer available for the service they advertised.
- You were charged more than once for the same unlock due to a technical error.
- You paid within the last 14 days and haven't yet viewed the unlocked contact details (EU/UK statutory right of withdrawal).
What isn't refundable
- You changed your mind after successfully contacting the Expert.
- The Expert responded but you weren't satisfied with their quote or availability — in that case we encourage you to unlock another Expert; the first unlock isn't refunded automatically, but reach out and we'll review.
- Disputes about the underlying service delivered by the Expert. Those are between you and the Expert; we're happy to help mediate but can't refund on behalf of a third party.
How to request a refund
- Email support@arrivapro.com within 30 days of the unlock.
- Include the order ID (in your account under Orders) and a short description of what went wrong.
- We aim to respond within 2 business days and issue approved refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues faster than a bank dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
Expert subscriptions & other paid features
Where Experts pay for optional subscriptions or promoted placement, those fees are pro-rated on cancellation but not otherwise refunded once the billing period has begun, unless required by law.
