Terms of Service

Last updated: July 11, 2026

1. Who we are

Arriva ("Arriva", "we", "us") operates a marketplace that connects individuals relocating abroad ("Clients") with independent local service providers ("Experts") in Panama, Costa Rica, Colombia and Mexico. To contact us, email support@arrivapro.com.

2. What Arriva is — and isn't

Arriva is a marketplace and introduction service. Experts are independent contractors and are not employed by, partnered with, or agents of Arriva. Arriva does not deliver legal, immigration, tax, real-estate, medical or relocation services. Any agreement for services is directly between Client and Expert.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Arriva. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You may close your account at any time from Account settings.

4. Contact unlock fee

Browsing profiles is free. Every signed-in Client receives 3 free contact reveals per month. Beyond that quota, viewing an Expert's private contact details costs a flat unlock fee (currently USD $5 per Expert) charged via our payment processor. Free-quota levels for paid subscription tiers may differ. All unlocks are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Expert obligations

  • Provide accurate professional information, credentials and pricing.
  • Respond to unlocked leads in good faith.
  • Comply with all applicable licensing and tax laws in your country.
  • Do not solicit off-platform payment before the unlock fee has been paid.

6. Verification badge & document archive

The "Verified" badge means Arriva has reviewed the documents an Expert submitted (ID and, where applicable, professional credentials). It is not a guarantee of quality, licensing status, or ongoing compliance. Always perform your own diligence before engaging any professional.

By submitting a verification document, the Expert acknowledges and agrees that Arriva will store an encrypted copy of the document, a cryptographic hash of the file, and the automated review result in a private, admin-only archive. These records are reviewed initially by an automated AI check and may be reviewed by authorised Arriva employees where an issue or additional verification is required. They are used solely for badge verification, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal defense, and are retained for the duration of the Expert account and for up to seven (7) years after the account is closed (or longer where required by law or subject to a legal hold). See the Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) post false, misleading or unlawful content; (b) harass other users; (c) circumvent the unlock fee; (d) scrape or reverse-engineer the service; (e) use Arriva for money-laundering, sanctions evasion or any illegal purpose.

8. Reviews & content

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, portfolio, messages) and grant Arriva a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it as needed to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

Arriva is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that any Expert will meet your expectations or complete any specific outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arriva's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid Arriva in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, or for the acts or omissions of Experts.

11. Termination

You may stop using Arriva and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, are fraudulent, or expose Arriva or users to risk.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Arriva's operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms. Operating entity: [Registered entity], [Jurisdiction].
